December 31, 1991 – October 20, 2008
Dear Mickey,
We miss you so
much.
We know that you
are looking over us with Grandma (who used to call you
Mickey with the curled up tail!).
You struggled long
and hard, and we knew the day would come when you would have
to leave us.
You were in the
care of the best doctors and staff possible.
Without them, losing you would
have been much more difficult.
We are so honored
that you chose to spend your life with us.
You are always in our hearts.

Dr. Plotnick and his amazing staff
helped to maintain a high quality of life for Mickey until
the very end. As difficult as his passing was, I was very
comforted by their care and concern.
I will forever be grateful to
them.
